Tom Gooch
Director of Operations
Tom Gooch has over 52 years of aviation experience, starting as a B52 Crew Chief and later becoming a C141 Flight Engineer in the USAF. He earned a degree in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering and worked for various airlines, including American Trans Air, United Airlines, and Omni Air. Tom has flown multiple aircraft types, including the 757/767, DC10, and 737, and has spent the last 15 years managing international supplemental operations for the Department of Defense. With extensive experience in worldwide operations, Tom is deeply committed to the coordination and teamwork that supports the success of every mission.
Tony Surrat
Assistant Director of Operations
Tony Surrat began his aviation career with Omni in 2011, building on his extensive experience working for several foreign carriers in the UK and Middle East. Prior to joining Omni, he conducted repo and FCF flights for PARC and ILFC, gaining a deep understanding of the industry. Over the years, Tony has held roles with Leisure Air, Ryan, Midway, and USA3000, further expanding his expertise. His diverse background has provided him with a wide range of knowledge in various facets of aviation. Tony currently resides in Virginia with his wife, Jen, and their dog, Libby.
